This is often the first question buyers ask (I remember thinking it myself!) and its hard to know the right place to start your homeownership journey. I’m here to guide you through the major milestones of home buying so you can start your home search with confidence and end it as a #HappyHomeowner.
How we can help you
I’m an Accredited Buyer’s Agent, meaning I’ve done extra work to make sure I know how to best represent the interest of my buyers. This includes preparing you to purchase, searching for a home, and walking you through the milestones between writing a contract and closing on a home.

COFFEE CHAT
Our first step is to start with a Home Buying Discovery Call. On this call we’ll chat about your homeownership goals, define major milestones of your particular journey, and determine the next steps.
THE SEARCH
Next, we’ll enter your Search milestone. I’ll create a customized home search for you in the MLS system. This will be your resource for discovering homes that fit your search criteria and selecting homes to see in person.
MAKING AN OFFER
Once you find a home that you’d like to make an offer on I will guide you through each step of writing your contract and negotiate your terms with the seller’s agent.
CLOSING
Once under contract (whoo-hoo!) I’ll continue to guide you through the major milestones of closing on your home, everything from your inspection to setting up utilities, to closing! The last thing I do is hand over your keys to your new home!
Searching from afar?
The rules for how close you need to live to work have changed in the past few years, giving you more opportunities to buy a home. In that time I've really honed in on how to help my clients buying from out of state have an enjoyable home buying experience, even if it is virtual! If you're relocating from down the road or across the country I have just the tools to help you find the right home.
